About the Client
The firm’s existing technology framework offered limited capabilities. Data structures needed to be standardized and well-defined APIs were required to be implemented to share data between components. Special focus was required in designing the User Experience while integrating different product flows into a single application. The firm sought a team of expert developers to assist them in modifying its existing framework, which would lead them to a complete agile transformation.
Additionally, the firm wanted to consolidate its business-critical data from disparate sources into one platform to have a 360-degree view of its vendor-specific data.
To achieve an enhanced user experience by integrating different product flows into one application, the firm decided to deploy Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) framework. It partnered with Trigent to avail advantages of the LWC framework.
As a part of its Salesforce Production Support Services, Trigent assisted the client with Salesforce administration through Profile Management (end-user management, security, and access management), created dashboard reports using the Salesforce reporting tool, and enabled Chatter’s New Case Feed Process.
Various applications and tools such as Lightning flows, Process Builders, Salesforce Triggers, Visualforce, AuraEnabled Methods, to name a few, were used for the development and production services. Moreover, the ETL tool-Informatica Cloud, along with the robust data and Salesforce migration strategy, enabled the firm to migrate large volumes of (vendor-specific) business-critical data into Salesforce.
